I know a lot of people have heard me talking about Decluttering for Dollars (or ”DFD” as I call it); yet many aren’t sure what it is.

Decluttering for Dollars started out when I was decluttering my house for a major move and wanted to find a way to sell my clutter.  (Remember: one person’s trash is another person’s treasure.)   I began selling a few things here and there on Amazon.com.  That’s really how it started:  I was making money as I was decluttering.  Yet, I found that my decluttering offered so many avenues when it came to money.

 

I’ve had this battle for the past few months over a new project I’ve been working on — a project that has CONSUMED my life in so many ways.

  1. MOST IMPORTANT!  My health began suffering because of the added stress.   I have Fibromyalgia and stress is the worst component for this condition.  I also have Type II Diabetes that was under control and is now back at high levels.  And, after losing 65 lbs., I have gained 15 lbs. back. 
     
  2. This project – up to this point – has made me zero money.  Yet, I was spending 2-3 hours A DAY thinking about it, tinkering with it, and tossing it around.   The obstacle on this project is that I cannot make a decision about this, that or the other thing related to it (and it’s too long and complicated to explain). 
     
  3. I have PAYING OPPORTUNITIES that I am completely bypassing to work on something that nets me $O.
