The terms of service for my consulting services is as follows and are subject to change based upon the changes to the existing scope or additional services that are added during the same project:
- All projects require a 50% down payment.
- When the first deliverable is made, an additional 30% is required.
- When the final deliverable is made, the remaining 20% is due.
Note: Once I begin work on the project, and make changes, part ownership of the material belongs to me and, therefore, the full copyright for you is made after final payment. (Sorry I have to do this but some people take the final deliverable and skip out on the remaining 20%.) If you want to have a further discussion on this, please let me know.
